At Lourdes, stroke patients are centralized on one floor of the medical center, offering enhanced communication and a concentrated flow of services tailored to meet their needs. In addition, nurses on the stroke unit are specially trained to follow the latest stroke protocols advanced by nationally recognized healthcare organizations.
