Request Your Appointment for Pre-Admissions Testing

In an effort to ensure both your safety and that you are properly prepared for your procedure, your physician may require certain tests to be completed prior to your procedure. These tests are called “PAT” or Pre-Admission Testing. The types of tests that might be included are blood work, X-Rays, or EKG’s. Our PreAdmission Testing services are conveniently located in areas of the hospital that are easily accessible. We also have Registered Nurses onsite for your assistance if you have any questions about your procedure. Also, at the time of your PreAdmission testing, an Admission registrar will enter all the information about you and your insurance into the computer system. They will have you sign all the required Admission forms and make copies of anything they may need for your admission. This will help speed up the process on the day of your surgery. Things that you should bring with you are: photo Identification (ID), your insurance cards, any insurance referrals or authorizations if needed, your Advance Directive or Living Will if you have one, and a list of any medications you are taking.
