Michael F. Camardo

Mr. Camardo was the Executive Vice President of Lockheed Martin and President of Lockheed Martin Information & Technology Services until retirement in April 2007. He had been with the organization since 1964, when he joined RCA Service Company as a Financial Analyst. He is a Board Member of The Franklin Institute, a Board Member of the Executive Advisory Council for Rutgers University and serves on the Advisory Board of Day & Zimmermann. He is a former Chairman of the Symphony in C (resigned June 30, 2009); former Board member of The Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia (term ended 2011); and former Chairman of the Board of the Greater Camden Partnership, which merged with Cooper’s Ferry to form Cooper’s Ferry Partnership.


Joan Carter

“When I joined Lourdes board, our mission – to heal the sick – was hampered by our financial condition. I saw an opportunity to bring lessons from the business world that would hopefully ensure the hospital’s ability to serve the community for years to come.”

Ms. Carter serves on the Board of the Penn Mutual Life Insurance Company, is a trustee of The College of Wooster and past President of the Union League of Philadelphia, the first woman President in the League’s 150 year history. She resides in Haddonfield, New Jersey with her husband and business partner, John Aglialoro.

Mr. Collins is the former Executive Vice President and Lending Officer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia and the former EVP at TD Bank, NA and President of TD Bank USA. He has served on the Board of Susquehanna University, Stonier Graduate School of Banking and the Philadelphia Chapter of the American Cancer Society.


Denise Devine

CEO, FNB Holdings, LLC

“I joined the Board of Lourdes because its mission remains at its core and provides a compass to not only navigate the rapidly changing Healthcare industry but to embrace the opportunities in the new environment to better serve both economically challenged urban communities as well as suburban communities. Lourdes dedication to care for the whole person (mind, body and spirit) is evidenced throughout its many healthcare services that range from emergency room practices that have been praised by the press to keeping seniors independent and vital to world class cardiac expertise.”

Ms. Devine, a CPA, is also the Founder and CEO of FNB Holdings, LLC, Co- Founder of RTM Vital Signs, LLC and formerly a financial executive with Campbell Soup Company. She is also dedicated to children’s nutrition and serves as Chair of the MacDonald Center for Obesity Prevention and Nutrition Education at Villanova University College of Nursing. Ms. Devine also serves on the Board of Fulton Financial Corporation, the Red Cross of Southeastern Pennsylvania, The Beyond Celiac Foundation and recently completed her ten year tenure as a Trustee of Villanova University.


John “Jack” Donnelly

Lourdes provides services to some of the most economically challenged families while having it’s reputation as one of the best hospitals in the State of New Jersey. It has, in my opinion, as good a staff as any in the region. The staff is dedicated to providing a caring environment true to its mission. I am proud to play a small role in the mission.”

Mr. Donnelly was the former CEO of the L.F. Driscoll Company. He retired in October of 2014 and is now a consultant to the firm. He is also on the Board of Structuretone, Inc., the Moore College of Art, Independence Mission Schools, and Center City District.

Kathleen V. Greatrex, MD

“I was born at Lourdes and how incredibly fortunate and blessed I have been to become a member of its medical staff and Board of Trustees. I am so proud of the excellent and compassionate work we do here —its an honor for me to be a part of this unique place of healing.”

Dr Greatrex is President of Lourdes Imaging Associates, and serves as Chair of the Department of Radiology and Nuclear Medicine, as well as Division Chief of Breast Imaging for the Lourdes Health System. She holds the distinction of being the first female President of the Medical Staff in the 60 year history of the medical center. Dr. Greatrex has dedicated her life’s work to the memory of her mother Rose Greatrex. Breast cancer claimed her mother’s life at the age of 56 when Kathleen was a second year medical student. Her mother’s zest for life, spirit and compassion continue to motivate her every day to succeed in her efforts to prevent and diagnose breast cancer at its earliest and most curable stage. Dr. Greatrex dedicates a great deal of her time to educating woman about breast cancer and was instrumental in the development of the Lourdes Health System’s Breast Cancer Symposium.


William H. Morgan

Mr. Morgan is responsible for Human Resources Operations and Information Systems at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. Prior to joining Memorial Sloan Kettering, Mr. Morgan served as Senior Vice President, Global Human Resources at NASDAQ OMX. Before joining NASDAQ, Mr. Morgan was Executive Vice President & Chief Information Officer at the Philadelphia Stock Exchange, Inc. (PHLX). Mr. Morgan serves on the Peirce College Board of Trustees where he serves as Vice Chairman and the Tech Impact CIO Advisory Board. Mr. Morgan is a graduate of the Securities Industry Institute, at the Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania. He is a Maxima Cum Laude graduate of Peirce College with a degree in computer science.


Toni Pergolin

President and CEO, Bancroft

Ms. Pergolin is President and CEO of Bancroft, a leading nonprofit provider of specialized service for individuals with autism, brain injuries and other intellectual or developmental disabilities. She is a graduate of Penn State University and serves on many local civic and service association boards.

Ms. Snyder is the CEO and Chairwoman of Fulton Bank of New Jersey. She joined the Lourdes Health Foundation Board of Trustees in July, 2011. She currently is the Chairwoman of the South Jersey Chamber of Commerce and is a Director of the New Jersey Bankers Association and incoming Chairwoman in 2017.
