Ms. Damm is CEO of ACCU Staffing Services (second generation owner), President of Corporate Planned Staffing and Owner of 911 Staffing. A leader in the staffing industry with twenty-three offices throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. ACCU consistently ranked by NJ Biz and Philadelphia Business Journal as Top Staffing Firm, Top Woman-Owned Business and Top Family-Owned Business. Ms. Damm is an advisory board member of 1st Colonial National Bank. Her mother, Doris M. Damm, was the founder of ACCU Staffing Services thirty-six years ago and was a member of the Lourdes Health Foundation for 9 years.

Reggie Beckett

Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, Retired

My family has been part of the Lourdes family for over 50 years  so I know first-hand that the care is the best and it’s more compassionate as a faith-based organization.”

Mr. Beckett spent almost 29 years working for the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office where he headed several divisions, including the Major Crimes and Career Criminal Units. He was head of the Camden County Police Academy from 1998 to 2004.  Mr. Beckett has served with the Knights of Columbus since 1971, was state deputy in 2005-07, and is a member of the Santa Maria Council 1443.


Michael P. Bonner, Esquire

Michael Bonner, Partner at Stradley Ronon, represents banks, commercial finance companies, hedge funds and other lenders in all aspects of commercial loan transactions. He represents clients in multiple types of financing transactions including asset-based, cash flow, acquisition, second lien, real estate, construction, debtor-in-possession, exit and workouts. Mike also represents companies in general business and commercial matters, including borrower-side financings. He graduated with a B.S., Saint Joseph’s University and was awarded his J.D., magna cum laude, Widener University School of Law.

In addition to early experience in commercial banking, leasing and retail, Ms. Canuso and her husband, John, owned and managed Traditions Homes from 1997 to 2014. Subsequently, she joined Canuso Homes where she is currently the New Homes Design and Marketing Consultant. She also opened her own business in 2016, CFC Marketing Consultants, where she is the Director of Design and Marketing Consultant for Peninsula Lakes, LLC.  She is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University with an MBA in International Business. Ms. Canuso served as the Chair of the Lourdes Dance and held many other volunteer positions prior to joining Lourdes.


Thomas J. Fanelle

Tom Fanelle is President and the third-generation owner of R. Fanelle’s Sons, a leader in the local scrap iron and metal industry whose family has been in business in the city for over 100 years. He is a graduate of Stockton College and serves on many local civic and service association boards.


Timothy Healey

Tim Healey is the owner, manager, director of Healey Funeral Homes based in Haddon Heights, NJ with a branch location in Cherry Hill, NJ. A graduate of St. Joseph’s Prep in Philadelphia, Tim attended the University of California at Berkeley and received his Bachelor’s degree in biology. Subsequent to his college graduation, Tim began working full time at both locations and received his practitioner’s license in 2001. He was promoted to manager in 2005.

Tim’s involvement with Our Lady of Lourdes Health Foundation Board dates back to 2008, serving on the Finance and Fundraising committees as well as serving on the Lourdes Golf Classic which he chaired from 2015-2016. He is also a member of the St. Rose of Lima School Advisory Board in Haddon Heights and a third degree member of the Knights of Columbus Santa Maria Council No. 1443 in Haddon Township.


Sr. Helen Owens, OSF

Lourdes Health System

“Simplicity, joy and hospitality. These are the values that attracted me to the Allegany Franciscans when I was a young impressionable youth. They are also the values of Lourdes Health System which is committed to care for all in need, but especially for the underserved.”

Sr. Helen Owens, OSF is Director, Spirituality Programs at Lourdes Health System. A native of the Bronx, Sister Helen worked as a mission nurse in Bolivia in the 1960s and 1970s before joining Lourdes in 1979 as director of community health education. That year, she established the Lourdes Wellness Center, the first hospital-based program geared to improving residents’ health and lifestyle. In 1980, she founded The Bridge, a nationally recognized program that positively supports the psychological, social and spiritual needs of adolescents. In 1993, Sr. Helen developed the Lourdes Institute of Wholistic Studies, and in 2003 was instrumental in opening Lourdes’ integrative family medicine practice. She recently celebrated her 55th anniversary as a Franciscan Sister of Allegany.

Troy Randle, DO, FACC, FACOI

Lourdes Health System

“As a cardiologist, I am dedicated to improving the health of my patients, but my interests go beyond that to improving the cardiac health of those in our community who may not have access to healthcare and to preparing the next generation of cardiologists.”

Dr. Randle practices with Lourdes Cardiology. He received his medical degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey-School of Osteopathic Medicine in Stratford, and went on to complete his internship, residency and fellowship training there. He is a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology and serves as Program Director of the Cardiovascular Fellowship Program at ROWAN-SOM. He has been instrumental in leading cardiovascular education initiatives for underserved communities in Southern Jersey.


Maggie Suender, JD, SPHR, SHRM-SCP

Ms. Suender is senior director of professional development and recruitment at Pepper Hamilton LLP, a multi-practice law firm with more than 500 lawyers nationally, where she also practiced law. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business from Cedar Crest College and her juris doctor with honors from The Pennsylvania State University – Dickinson School of Law. She joined the Lourdes Health Foundation Board of Trustees in 2013. Her husband, John Suender, was a member of the LHF Board for 10 years.

Martina Walker, CFP

PNC Wealth Management

“I believe a holistic approach to health is important and that’s why I’m involved with Lourdes. They focus on the whole person – body, mind and spirit – and they’re always at the forefront of innovation in cardiac care and emergency services.”

Ms. Wilson has extensive banking and wealth management experience with PNC Bank where she is a Vice President and leads the development and delivery of training strategies and curricula design with courses focused on fiduciary knowledge, policy and procedure, best practices and compliance. She joined the Foundation in 2012 serving on the Board Development Committee prior to her appointment as a Trustee. Ms. Wilson is a graduate from Widener University with a MST in Taxation.


Leonard J. Wood

“I became involved with the Foundation because I was impressed with what they do, especially for those who need it the most. They have reached many children and their families. The Burlington County outreach to our military has been excellent.”

Mr. Wood is the managing Member of the law firm, Wade, Long & Wood, LLC. He is also the Chairman of the Sons of Italy New Jersey Foundation, President of The Italian Open, Inc., and Treasurer of the Alicia Rose Victorious Foundation.
