Lourdes Health Foundation works throughout the year to raise dollars to fund special programs and projects for both Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center and Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County.
Dance 2008
More than 350 guests “Danced with the Stars” on Saturday, April 12, 2008 in support of the Lourdes Health System. The Crystal Tea Room provided the Ballroom venue, where guests enjoyed top-shelf cuisine and entertainment by Oz and the Argen Tango Dancers, who performed the Milonga, Mombo and Tango. The First Annual Healing Spirit Award was presented to Rodrigo Santos, M.D., general surgeon on staff at Lourdes, for his commitment to healing excellence. The evening was filled with emotion, fun and friendship. The Dance 2008 was chaired by Lourdes Health Foundation trustee, Russell H. Harris, M.D. The event raised over $100,000 which will benefit community services, patient care services and community education programs provided by Lourdes Health System. A special thank you to our Dancing Stars Sponsors, the Medical Staff of Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center, L-3 Communications and Diagnostic Imaging, Inc.
