You can make a contribution of a life insurance policy by recognizing the Lourdes Health Foundation as the owner and the beneficiary of the policy. You may transfer an existing policy or establish a new one in the Foundation's name. When you transfer the ownership for a policy to the Foundation, you are entitled to an immediate income tax deduction for whichever is less: the cash value of the policy or the sum of total premiums paid to date.For more information about giving a gift of Life Insurance, contact the Lourdes Health Foundation at 856.482.4950.
