The Lourdes Health Foundation has received numerous grants and awards over the years to help support Lourdes’ community outreach programs, as well as special projects and initiatives within the hospital and throughout the community. Federal and State agencies, as well as national and local corporations and foundations continue to invest in Lourdes to help us achieve our goals. Some of the recent grant-funded projects include a health literacy education initiative for key communicators across our organization; support for Lourdes teen enrichment program, The Bridge; federal grant support for our Senior Services programs; equipment grants and funding for our numerous community outreach programs.
