This is a time when privacy, intimacy and reassurance are most important to a woman. So, rather than make an expectant mother enter through the main hospital entrance or the emergency room, Lourdes' Moms arrive through a private maternity entrance. It's a special treatment and your first sign that here, things are different.During Labor
You'll be pampered in a spacious and beautifully appointed Baby Suite—your home away from home for labor, delivery and recovery. It's private and comfortable. And, it's completely yours for your baby's birth. With comfortable rocking chairs and wood furnishings, we worked hard so you can make yourself at home.Our hospitality extends to your whole "support team." You can have up to five support members with you during labor. For others who want to be near you, there's a large, comfortable, newly-furbished maternity waiting room. Having a baby is a family affair. We invite yours to join ours.
And after Delivery
After your baby's arrival, you can choose to "room in" with your baby or take advantage of our nursery if you need a much-deserved rest. It is your option.Our Healing Strength Follows You Home
Our care doesn't leave you when you leave us. Within 72 hours of discharge, you'll be contacted at home by one of our mother-baby nurses, who will answer any questions you may have.
