LIFE at Lourdes is the newest healthcare choice for elders living in Camden County. We are a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE),a unique program that can assist elders to live safely at home while being helped by a team of healthcare experts.
LIFE at Lourdes is one of the first PACE programs in New Jersey. LIFE is a different and better type of health care for your aging loved one. It is a program that provides and helps coordinate all medical care for elders living at home. The program serves health care and social needs for the elderly, all in one place. Even transportation is included in this unique model of care. With LIFE, cost is not a barrier to getting the care that is needed. There are over 50 programs like LIFE at Lourdes in 25 states today.
LIFE at Lourdes is a member of the National PACE Association, an organization representing 50 programs around the country. Through this membership, LIFE at Lourdes is able to share research and best practices with other PACE programs, to better serve our participants and the community at large.
