Make a date for the following programs:
- Our Monthly "Maternity Tea for Moms-to-be"
- Six-week childbirth education classes for first-time mothers and fathers that covers your baby's growth before and after birth, delivery options, breathing techniques, special exercises for strength and relaxation and basic newborn care.
- Three-week refresher course for experienced parents to help brush up on breathing and relaxation techniques.
- "Siblings are Special class" for young brothers and sisters to understand pregnancy and delivery and how they can be involved when the baby is born.
- After birth, take advantage of lactation consultants
- Basic baby care instruction
- Car seat safety information
- Babysitter classes are offered twice a year (check for listings)
