Lourdes Welcomes New Chief Nursing Officer, Vice President of Education and Research to Health System

Audrey R. Jadczak has been named Chief Nursing Officer and Vice President of Education and Research for Lourdes Health System announced health system President and CEO, Alexander J. Hatala.


In this role, she will be responsible for overseeing all nursing operations and education at the health system's two hospitals: Our Lady of Lourdes Medical Center and Lourdes Medical Center of Burlington County.

Audrey joins Lourdes from St. Mary Medical Center in Langhorne, Pennsylvania where she served as Vice President of Patient Services and Chief Nursing Officer. In this position, she was responsible for the day-to-day operations of acute care services including emergency medicine, critical care, mother-baby, medical/surgical, telemetry, acute hemodialysis, acute rehab, surgical and trauma services, as well as clinical ancillary.

"Audrey is a seasoned nurse executive with tremendous operational and leadership experience and has been instrumental in driving organizational change, patient-centered care and professional development of leaders and clinicians," said Hatala. "We are very enthusiastic about the knowledge and expertise that Audrey brings to Lourdes Health System."

In addition to serving as the chief nursing executive at several well-regarded area hospitals including St. Mary, Central Montgomery Medical Center and Albert Einstein Healthcare Network, Audrey also has extensive operations experience in non-nursing areas. She was the Chief Operations Officer at Germantown Hospital and the Vice President of Allied Health Services at Graduate Health System.

Audrey received her Master of Science degree in Health Administration from St. Joseph's University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and her Bachelor of Science degree in Healthcare Administration from the Philadelphia College of Textiles and Science. She is also an active member of the American Organization of Nurse Executives and the American College of Healthcare Executives.

Audrey resides in Hulmeville, Pennsylvania.
